few days ago did a master reset on the tomtom because it wouldnt turn on, and now it stays on the input sd card screen and then the card comes out with the cross on it. i have put the sd card in and out.

If the map is on the sd card, so should the ttsystem file. Take a look at the card with Explorer. Try to copy over to the sd card the ttsystem file from a backup.

what i done i formatted the card and then done a early restore and then updated it and it seems to be working now, so fingers crossed it may work fine now cheers for the help
