Jusy got off the phone with TT support. Just purchased a TT 920 with v710 maps. They added the v720 maps to my account, NA & EU. Thought I would pass along what they told me about downloading the new maps.
#1. They recommended that I purchase a 4GB SD card. Put in a card reader and format to FAT32.
#2. Copy the NA map and the EU map folder from the TT drive to your computer.
#3. Delete the NA & EU maps folders from the TT drive.
#4. Download the maps from TT Home. Recommend putting EU map file on SD card.
From the discussion he told me that there have been some "issues" in downloading the new maps. He said tech group recommends these actions to alleviate possible problems. He said tech is working to resolve the issue.
