How do I tell if ' 3 Updates'are downloading ?

Hi. I have just purchased a TomTom Start50 and set up had gone well until I connected to my PC. A box appeared saying I was connected and there were 3 Updates available. I click on the box and it disappears. Should there be a screen showing progress of the download of these updates or do I just dit and hope. Thanks in anticipation. Steve

There should be a progress bar showing the downloading and installing of the various files.

Could you make a screen print of the box that disappears after you click it.

If the bottom portion of that box shows TomTom MyDrive, click it.
