white screen frozen

I just signed up on tomtom.home and updated my system and after disconnecting got the white screen...reset button doesn't do anything for me. Supposed to leave on a car business trip tomorrow and am S out of luck... any tips?

You don't say what model you have but, if it's a tomtom 1 3rd edition, the patch found on the tomtom sight may help:
