where to find product code?

Where do I fnd the the product name and code on my 340s so i can change the devices on my account?

If you are registering the unit with tomtom and you had a previous unit registered, then use a DIFFERENT email address as your account for this one. It doesn't even have to be a real email address, just in the proper format of (e-mail address removed).

Use Explorer to look at the contents of the unit. In the root is a file called ttgo.bif, you'll see the information on one of the lines in that file.

Another way is connecting the unit to Home and use Home's menu for System information. It shows there as well.
