Noticed a rattle from inside my tomtom 720, when I took it apart I found this part lose highlighted as the red arrow in the picture?

What is it, and has this made my tomtom worthless?

Does the FM Transmitter still work on the device??

At a guess based upon the manufacturers name printed on to the component (Inpaq) its the FM Tx chipset - Mike

No it doesn't, which if im honest is a feature I never use so not really going to cry too much
