Voice instructions

My rider 550 worked fine with my Schuberth SC1S v2.1 with it set on High quality (A2DP) then without making any changes I lost all voice instructions now the only way I can get voice instructions is by turning off High quality (A2DP) and just using Low quality (HSP) and this is really low quality, has anyone got an idea why this should be. Help please

I have done this exactly as the video at least 6 times i have cleared the Bluetooth on my phone reset the rider taken of the app off my phone and re installed it basically started again from scratch with no joy. I have never come across such an unstable piece of technology as the Tom Tom Rider 550
