Upgrade from Start 55M?

Just curious if others would consider a VIA 1525TM as a straight update from a Start 55M. I have a good price on one and was considering it as a replacement.

Be aware that the live traffic comes via the data plan on your cell phone.
TomTom claims it uses about 7MB per month.
During extra heavy traffic through downtown Toronto it ate up my 100 MB in one week.
I do not use data for anything else on the cell phone.
