GO 510
The first day of my 3-day vacation I used the TomTom to get to an amusement park, and packed the 510 in the trunk while I enjoyed the park. On returning to the car, the TT would not power up. No amount of cajoling and button-pushing and charging would work. The green light would come on when charging, but the unit would not power up. I stopped at a motel and got a sewing kit and used the needle to poke the reset button. Voila, the TomTom came right up as if nothing had happened. It behaved the rest of the trip.

Have others seen this? It was really annoying, and I'm glad a motel was close by! I really needed the TT to get to MY motel a hundred miles away! :)

Wow glad to hear you got it up and running.
I know users keep a bobby pin somewhere in there car...just in case.

As you have discovered, the TT should be shipped with its own paper clip.
