TT 750 is rebooting and has no GPS signal

Hi everybody,

I purchased a TT750 in Dec/09 with Europe map. As I live in Brazil I also purchased Brazil map and regularly checked for updates at HOME. After last update 3 weeks ago TT750 can not find GPS signal anymore even in totally clear area and reboots itself at every 30 sec. Checking the GPS Status noticed that black and orange circle is not spinning, which indicates that GPS receiver is not working. I already formatted TT750 and followed the instructions given by TT Customer Care without success. Can anyone give me some help on that?

Did that "update" 3 weeks ago include new firmware for your unit? It would have been a fairly lengthy download. What firmware is your unit reporting now?

Hi,

GPS Firmware version = 2.15.0 65947
I believe firmware has never been updated. I tried again and formatted the device. When I purchased TT750 I did a back up just after removing from the box. Now I tried by simply copying the files to TT using Explorer and updated again in Home but no success yet.
Any suggestion is very wellcome.

Not sure if the above firmware version is correct. In the device it says Navigator 9.026
