Truck map & North bound Dartford crossing

I have a problem with the routing. Although I have changed the blocked routes and weight limits for north bound through the dartford tunnel, it still will not route me using the tunnel. I am using the latest map, 8.6.

Any solutions?

Also I can't seem to use the mapshare updates, tomtom home never offers the updates to download and the settings slider won't slide.

Any ideas?

It sounds as if you have the TomTom Business (formerly WORK) model and map. Is that correct?
