Transferring account from iPhone Pro 11 to iPhone Pro 15

Hi Guys,

I'm new to this forum so I might not be in the right place for this thread, but I'm sure you can help me out.

I have a TomTom account on my iPhone Pro 11 and I wish to transfer it, including existing maps, to my new iPhone Pro 15. How do I do that?

Welcome to the forum.
When you set up your new phone did you transfer everything from your old one using the ios system? If so the app etc should have gone over automatically.
If not, then download the app from the appstore, log in to your TT account then download the maps you require

Thanks for your quick reply.

I have done a device to device transfer of all my apps and data. The TomTom Go app was transferred successfully but without my existing maps. I guess that's TomTom logic... But I couldn't get the navigator going, strangly enough.

I have removed the TomTom Go app, downloaded it again and logged in to my account. It now appears to be working fine.

Already a long time ago I gave up trying to make sense of cyberspace. So I'm not going to start now ;-)
