Transfer USA to Europe maps on Tomtom ONE V3

Hi

Looking for some assistance.

I'm visiting Florida on vacation at the beginning of July and i'm considering purchasing a Tomtom ONE V3 (North American version) when I arrive.

On my return to Scotland will it be possible to:

• backup the USA maps on to a hard drive (for future use);
• then delete USA maps;
• then load Europe maps.

When you connect your TomTom to your computer, it shows up as an external hard drive. You can manually copy and delete files to and from the hard drive.
