TomTom Go iphone App family share issue

I installed TomTom Go on two phones on the same day and signed the 7-day free trial.
one iPhone account (A) canceled the renewal right away, and another iPhone account B renewed with family share.
From account A, I can see the TomTom family share is active, but when I open TomTom Go on iPhone A, it says something is wrong, and I can't even run the app! iPhone B has no issue.

I contacted the customer service staff, and Sandy from TomTom just directed me to the official TomTom support and Apple family share pages, and I have done all steps.
I come to this forum in hope of solving this issue, otherwise, I need to contact Apple to apply for a refund...( maybe have to switch to an individual account subscription)
 
Normally the free trial is for one phone, so I think you have to wait until the free trial is over to use Family Sharing on 2 phones.
 
Thanks Willy! the free trial expired 2 weeks ago, that's when the iPhone account A can't access TomTom Go ( while account B is OK)
 
I guess Family Sharing is already set up on phone A so it should rather be this page for help: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201454

From what I know one can hide purchases on an iPhone and then the purchase isn't recognised by other phones in the family. Also make sure the phones is at least on iOS 15 to support StoreKit 2.
