What happened to TomTom Car Kit for iPhone

Hey guys

Just wondering if anyone knows what happened to the "TomTom Car Kit for iPhone". It seems to still be available for sale on some sites, but on TomTom's site I can only find references to "TomTom car kit for iPod touch".

If it is something that is still around, is the enhanced GPS feature something that is still of benefit if you have the iPhone 4s?
