Tomtom go expert plus 6 no sound

Hello. I bought a new device Tomtom go expert plus 6.
After I turned it on it asked for an update. I updated the software but there is no sound. Only the cameras have sound and when I turn up and down from the volume bar. No voice guidance no matter what language I choose. brand new device.

Have you checked that the voice is not crossed out.

Hi. Yes. i did all that. I also reset to factory settings. Nothing helped. When I move the volume bar there is a beep but no voice guidance. The click sound checkbox is also checked but there is no sound when I type an address or navigate the menu

There appears to be an issue with recorded voices and the current level of code. Only computer voices (the ones that can pronounce street names, etc.) appear to be reliable on the current code build.

Is your new device running 23.103.0018 code?

We have addressed this and your other issue in your other thread.
