I am Navin and I am a new owner of GO_920.
I would like to know how to find a promotion code required by " TOMTOM " for registration purpose.

Home's software no longer requires a promotion code. Just create a user id (your email address) and password using Home to register your account.

You are eligible for the latest map guarantee if your unit is < 30 days old but, unfortunately, Home's LMG menu option is flakey. If, when trying it, it says you have the latest map, then ou'll have to call Support. They'll probably require a scan, fax or photo of your sales receipt. They're used to this type of call.

And, before you do anything, make a complete backup of your unit's contents using Explorer, not Home.
