TomTom iPhone app has a setting to "Pause or Fade music when instructions and warnings are given".
The "Pause" setting does not seem to work for third party apps such as Pandora, Spotify, Downcast, etc (the audio from the third party apps keeps playing). This is particularly annoying when playing podcasts.
The only app that I've seen TomTom successfully "Pause" is the iPod/Music app.
I understand that I can mute TomTom, but I need the voice instructions when I am in an unfamiliar area.
Please advise if this is a known issue.
