Can i import a GPX (or other) that contains way points, and show them as part of the map. So far it doesn't show way points and won't accept the .ITN files that I used to use for my rider 400.
Without way points I have no idea where the coffee stop or lunch stop is!

Cheers

The app on your phone has stopped working.

Try using the Plan-TomTom planner on the web.

The MyDrive app on the phone has been discontinued by TomTom.

Use the TomTom Maps app, available on the web, instead.

You can put .itn routes direct to your Rider 400 via computer or SD card. Which route planner are you using?

His request isn't for the Rider 400.

Garypaulellis wants to import a GPX file into the TomTomGo app on Android.

Before saving the route on plan.tomtom.com, click the arrow next to Export and the click Send stops to device.

Hey thanks, struggling to find export, i have sync this route as a track ( which works but no way points) btw this is just a simple example, i have 14 days of routes with 30 odd way points each to try and sync. See photo - thanks
Photo won't upload - too large

If the route has already been saved, try Edit > Route > Save as new > Cancel
You then see Export in the bottom left with that little arrow.

My bad. Use plan.tomtom.com, import a GPX file edit the file in plan and select save as new and then cancel and new options appear and you can then send stops to device. However be aware that you can only send a maximum of 20 waypoints. If your route has more than 20 you have two options. Either split the route into smaller segments or delete waypoints and add them again in the app on your phone. When you do this the route behaves the same as an .itn route.

Send waypoints and save the route. Okay, it works, but the problem is that the waypoints aren't visible on the map.

To make the waypoints visible and indicated by voice prompts on the map with a small flag, you need to create the route directly on your phone.

Thanks for your help guys, i think the 20 waypoints is going to be a blocker for me, as the routes are created by a mate who plans the trip and there are often 30+. These routes cause my tomtom 400 to crash, so looking for an alternative. Kurviger looks good as does mra navigator but tomtom gets really good reviews but appears to have too many caveats for me.
Cheers
