I bought a 300 from ebay. I used for a couple of weeks and now it frozed up. Sending back it back to Tom Tom for repairs.

I hope you tried the paperclip in the reset hole first.

If that doesn't work, the problem is most likely with corruption on the SD card. Did you make a backup?
