Starting the application go navigation

I have tomtom go navigation on a nokia 7.2 android 11 and since the update from android 10 to android 11, it takes more than 2.5 minutes to start up.
This is very annoying;
Can anything be fixed about that?

Are you using a memory card in your phone? There could be a decrease in read performance from a memory cards moving from Android 10 to Android 11. If this is the case testing the app only using internal memory would make sense.
