Save Routes

Can I save entered routes to computer, so as to retrieve them if deleted from TomTom GO720 ?

You can back up the contents of the 720 to the computer. I'd do a manual backup, not Home. See here:

and one of the folders backed up will be your itn folder which contains saved routes.
