Rider 2 Not Charging and its not the cradles

HI Guys & Girls

Anyone had this issue before we have 2 riders with the rider cradles and 2 after market cradles. All cradles are outputing on the outer pins as they should yet I can't get the riders to charge or show charging. Are there any known internal charging issues ?? occasionally the charge icon does show but very briefly and infrequently. I have replaced both battery for new recenlty thinking this was the problenm but no Any help appreciated
