    FWIW, the following is the format that would help when attempting to report this sort of thing in the future. The more detail available the better to help them sort it out.

    If you are experiencing concerns about how or why your unit is routing you (or NOT routing you) a particular way, please just copy and paste canderson's template in the post above into a thread you create in the appropriate forum.
