Advice Needed ; reporting my stolen TomTom

Afternoon ,

I wanted to know whether there is a number i could call to disable my tomtom as it was stolen from my car. Is there a way for the police to trace the tomtom or even a way to get my personal details deleted from that tomtom?

No, I'm afraid there is no way to remotely disable or edit the details on a TomTom.

Nor is it traceable. Even for the ones with LIVE services, any location details get anonymized, for data protection reasons.

Many people do avoid putting their EXACT home location details on their sat-navs just in case.
