Hi im new and i have need to buy a replacement tomtom as my start 25 is broken screen but on my old tomtom i had purchased euro camper map as i have a camper and was wondering will i be able to load this map onto my device from my tomtom my drive account or do i have to purchase again for a new device please help

You will be unable to move maps between devices on your own. Each map is keyed to the serial number of the device to which it is originally assigned.

You say your 'old tomtom' -- I assume you mean your broken Start 25?
You would need to talk to tech support about this, do a minor bit of explaining accompanied by a minor bit of grovelling, and get them to set you up with a new camper map for your new device once you have it and its serial number. But I'd make that call to tech support first to get everyone on the same page ahead of time.

Alternately, you can buy a new touchscreen/LCD assembly for your existing Start 25. Installation is not overly difficult, and it will undoubtedly be cheaper than buying a new TomTom. Typically very easy to score one on eBay. Prices range from £13 to £26, give or take. Search ebay.co.uk for
