Hi,

The code javascript has been rewrite for compatibility with new API V3 of Google Map. It's fully functional and works very well

You can find the new GoogleMaps.dll (V6.5) for PoiEdit here: :thumb:

http://dl.free.fr/lwzvTJxRT

Simply replace your GoogleMaps.dll in PoiEdit2007\plugins\htmlembed folder

be careful ! DELETE your old GoogleMaps.dll, don't rename it ...

Regards. :blabla:

Just a note: cookies must be enabled (at least in Firefox) in order for the download to commence.

For those that don't speak French, the box you need to click to begin the process is shown below. It means, literally, "Validate and download the file".

Hmmm... right you are. The link to the site, even with cookies enabled, now just shows

Fichier inexistant. (File does not exist.)

That all depends on someone still being around who actually has it ....

****NEW DOWNLOAD LINK****

OK, I had a bit of a hunt around on the web and I found it on a French site (thanks www.tomtomax.fr)

As said above, you need to replace the original .dll with this one

View attachment POIEdit_GoogleMaps_dll (V6.5).zip

(unzip and copy JUST the .dll file)

On my XP system the relevant folder to put it in is

C:\Program Files\Dnote Software\PoiEdit2007\plugins\htmlembed

I just tried it and it seems to work. I've ended up with TWO tabs labelled "Google Maps" but it works in one of them :)
