Plan not sending routes

As per title really Plan is not sending routes to the device. Existing routes and places are all there, but sending a new route to the app is not working.
Anyone else having this problem?
 
I had the same issue. Uninstall and reinstall TomTom GO app from the playstore fixed it for me. I also had only existing routes and places but could not sync anything new to the app.
 
Still not working. Uninstall and re-install the app does not help. Logout and a new login in both plan.tomtom en the Go app does neither not help.
Places are synchronised, but routes still not.
What else can i do?
 
Sending the destination to the device works perfectly.

However, I've noticed that if you don't tap "Go" in the app within a few seconds of sending the route, it becomes unavailable and needs to be resent.

Unlike before, the route was immediately available.
