No Updates Found

The problem I'm having is, when I turn on my TomTom on the screen comes up" no updates found ". This will not
let me do anything with the TomTom. Cannot schedule anything. Can I reset it or how can I get this off the screw of
the TomTom.

I do not have the exact serial number, but it is possible that this GPS unit is no longer supported by TomTom, meaning no updates are available.

"No maps found" on a TomTom GPS means the device cannot find a valid map or the file is corrupted."

Have you tried clearing the MyDrive Connect cache and then reinstalling the map?
