hi guys. i bought a refurbished tomtom go 510 and as i was trying to play with it, i accidentally deleted the USA & Canada maps. i have a backup on my pc but when i was trying to install it i keep getting this message

could not open destination file
"H:\USA_and_Canada\cnam.dat" for writting

i only have this for two weeks and now i cant use it. any help?

well at first i did it with home and it dint worked well, so i did it manually and install the rest on home. problem is i still dont have maps for certain city. do i need to buy the new maps or just call or email customer support and say that i have a mapping error?
