I ordered this on the 11th September 2023 but all I get from the delivery firm tracking is awaiting to arrive to them . Could not find this for sale anyway else except tomtom website. Anybody else had problems getting it. I'm thinking of getting it cancelled if I can now.. 😒

Tomtom can deliver the ordered product within 30 days after acceptance of the order.
Contact Tomtom customer service to find out where your order is.
I had a similar "delay" in getting my device (through UK Customs in order for Evri to then complete the delivery cycle). If you log into your Tomtom account and look at your orders, there will be a "Track and trace number". Use this number with a Global Package tracking website such as which should give you more detail on where your parcel is prior to entering the UK. :cool:
Normally if there are customs fees?
Customs fees are included in the purchase price.

I had no Customs Fees to pay, the device was just delayed a few days going through the Customs process ............ I guess this was a consequence of Brexit. :)
