My XL 325 Won't Turn on.

Hello, I've had the XL 325 for a week now, I haven't been using it alot, today I wanted to take it out, it had about %70 of battery life, I wanted it to be fully charged so I turned it off and hooked it up to my computer.. Came back 40-60 mins later, tried to turn it on but it just won't, but when I connect it to the computer or the car charger, the green light that indicates that it is charging goes on. But it still won't turn on, I tried an hour later and got the same result. What can I do?!? Help me please.

Try holding the power button for about 15 seconds. That resets your unit.

its not working, i tried 3 times. i even opened it and checked the button,, its okay.. but still wont turn on.

Anyway, call support at 866-486-6866. They are open tomorrow (Saturday).

Your unit is relatively new on the market (certainly less than a year, I think) so it's within the one year warranty period. You may be able to provide your serial number from the bottom of the unit for them to check. Not sure.

Anyway, give them a call........
