My Voice stopped talking

I have chosen a voice (Samentha) that says the street names but suddenly it has stopped talking though I have checked all settings allowing talking and they are all active?

In the menu screen, is there a line through the mouth icon to the right of the volume bar? If so, then it is muted. Tap the icon to unmute it.

what I hear only is the time I will reach not street names and directions???

Have you checked that this icon is not crossed out.
