My Speed Camera - VIA 1605

My VIA 1605 shows My Speed Cameras. Tomtom says it is free, but I cannot find how to use it. I go to the links connected with My Speed Cameras, even the one that says it needs to be purchased and the page does not exists. That is going on. What is the problem...that Tomtom is hiding??

What do you see under "Manage Content", or is that what you're talking about?

And what do you see if you go to the menu item 'TomTom services' (or similar) on the VIA itself?
Is there a section for Speed cameras? Is it greyed out? If not, what do you see on the next screen when you tap it?
