Picked up my TomTom on a Thursday in the AM and had it all set-up by noon.
On Friday I put it in the car and used it to go to my girlfriends place in NJ. I
have the route down to a science, but I wanted to see what my TomTom was
capable of. Amazingly it followed my route up to a point and then it went on its
own merry way. As I ignored the recommended route and continued south on
the NJ Tpk (I-95), the One just recalculated the route on its own and told me
what exit to take next. While monitoring the CB (yep, I use a CB and rely on
truckers for traffic info) I heard that a few miles down the pike traffic was at a
crawl...this time I relented and took TomTom's advice. To my surprise I was
directed to an alternate route that I use when traffic ahead is too slow or it's
not moving because of an accident. TomTom came through with flying colors
and got me to my destination safely and without any bugs, glitches or quirks!
