Mod. to TT1v3

Is it possible to modify a TT 1 v3 to enable road names that are turned into being spoken?

If that model is not a text to speech, then there normally is not a way to modify it to do so. For starters, the included ram is often too low (32 megs vs required 64) to handle any modification.
