Map/Trip planning software for TomTom

Forgive me if this question has already been answered (I have searched), but is there any software out there that allows you to plan your trip and upload the itinerary(s) to your TomTom? I have looked on the web for a while and either I'm just not searching properly or there is no such thing. I buy MS Streets and Trips every two years for my road trips, so if there is anything like that out there with TomTom integration, I'd be very grateful if somebody could tell me.

For Tomtom, there is 2 most popular pieces of tools to do that.
1 - TYRE
2 - Houghi Tomtom & Google.
