I am running TomTom Home 2.2.2.28 for Mac on an iMac (2.33 core2duo) with Leopard 10.5.2 and using a TomTom 1 version 3.
I cannot get the "operate my device" option to work. When I click on it, it wants to download a new file, I tell it to down load the file and then it tells me that the "installation of the add-on failed".

If I use Windows under boot camp on the mac, I can use the "operate my device" option in TomTom Home.

How do I get this to work when running Mac OS 10.5? Is this a common problem?

Not yet available

When I contacted customer support to get the map upgrade, I asked about this feature because mine also was not working. Using 10.4.11

They stated that this feature is not yet available and that it will eventually become available through a download.
