Lost Speed Camera's

I down loaded the new Europe map and lost all my speed camera's, this has happened each time I down load a update, what am I doing wrong?

Which is the best way to get them back, and is this a common problem.

First, I'd be curious as to how you've managed to 'get them back' after each of these occurrences. Was it necessary to contact TomTom to have them restored?

No, this isn't commonly reported. That said, many of us have taken to managing downloading of new content on a piecemeal basis rather than in bulk due to occasional bad behavior by the TT server. For example, if maps are offered along with other items, we deselect all of the other items first, then download just the map. If new firmware is offered, that is downloaded and installed before attempting to download and install any other offered content.
