Lost pins

First post here. I have a go expert 7 and for the 4th time it/the website has erased all my saved pins. Bloody irritating as I’m a lorry driver and these are a royal pain to keep inputting. It also seems not to be updating the arrival time and showing traffic despite showing as fully connected. Anyone have any ideas or is it TomTom playing up?

Then make it a sticky. ALL TomTom users are facing this issue
