do ya think tomtom could do a software update so there is no need for velcro to make the kit work with the iphone 4 as my wife still uses the 3g in the car.

with the velco on to push the connector in the 3g is very tight to get in and out.

What about using a slider type case on the 4 with the bottom open. That way you increase the thickness of the iPhone 4 without the Velcro and still maintain the right clearance on the connection side?
