With the old route planner I was able to “Send Stops”” to my GO 620, then create a route on the device. Otherwise, if I selected "Sync this route as track," there was no way to alter the route from my device while on the road. I see no option to do this on this new Web Based Route Planner. Even if I sync a route, I can't find it on my device. I tried rebooting the device and logging in on MyDrive on the device. It didn't help. What should I try next?

To send the route created on Mydrive to your device click

My version has a "Save" button where yours has "Export." Are you sure you are using the new, improved route planner?

Well, I tried creating a new route and this one had the "Export" button. Then I saved and reopened it and now it has the "Save" button where the "Export" button was! No "Export"

I was able to fix some other problems I was having with MyDrive Web by uninstalling a couple of the Windows 11 updates I did a few days ago. It did not fix the Export problem. I think the "Save" button for some reason is covering "Export."

Willy875: where is the "Save" button on your screen? I only see the "Save route" button on your image. Also, the drop-down menu says: "Send destination to device." Does it send just the destination, or does it send all the waypoints as well?

On the photo the right button you save your route on your GPS
the button on the left you send the route including waypoints on your GPS.

On mine, the right button says "Save as new" and the left button says "Save."

This is after you have saved the route. I have passed this on as feedback on Friday.
Any progress on this? I have worked for hours on a two-week trip but can't see how to get "My Places" on the navigation device.

If you are signed in with the same account details in both the web planner and the device your "My Places" sould show up automatically.

Nooooooooooo! I have a different account on my device. Can I change the device account to connect to the route planner I used to create my routes?

Yes, but it takes a factory reset to get your device to forget your previous TomTom account information. Alternately, you can set up an account on the web planner that matches your phone's account. Either will resolve this.
