How to install Radar POI on TT Europe 1.19.3????

Hello,

I want to install Radar POI (.OV2, BMP and OGG). How can I install these POIs on my TT Europe 1.19.3.
My device details:
Iphont 4S with IOS 8.1.2
Tomtom Europe 1.19.3
