How to get traffic reports

Hello. I need a little help on setting uo to get traffic reports om my 510. I use singular.

I already have a plus account, enabled bluetoth on both gps and phone. They are communicating.

But I an mot getting any traffic reports. I have a feeling that I don't have the right singular feature.

Exactly what service do I need?

Here is what singular is offering:
* messaging = text , picture, video
* Media net = wireless media service

check it w/ the list and see if the phone you have
has the plus capability
