Help! Big mistake buying traffic reports/safety cameras

I think I just threw away 50 euros. Nothing seems to have downloaded. My confirmation notice tells me to go to my tomtom account on my tomtom 950 to activate subscription. I don't have a tomtom account icon on my tomtom; there's an icon for "tomtom plus?" but i never subscribed to that.

I'd just like to get my money back now but OF COURSE the site, despite implying you can phone or send an email, lists 246 possible questions and gives no option i can find to actually make a call or send an email.

any advice, even a phone number to call? I live in france.
