How do I make them myself?

have the file in .psd, .gif and .png without the background....but the tomtom won't accept these filetypes

only accepts .jpg and .bmp, both of which leaving ugly backgrounds...

The background needs to be full red (255,0,0).
That will become transparent on the TomTom.

Im not really computer saavy but if I provide you with a picture of my police car could you do it for me?
Also, where do i transfer the file too??

If your picture is less than 97.7 KB in size you can upload it direct to the forum (use the "paperclip" icon at the top of the posting window).
If it's bigger than that, upload it to one of the photo sharing websites and put a link to it on here.
