After 6 months i've finally had to get shot of my hp ipaq 314
(no support) and have just purchased a tomtom 540 live.Hope the support from tomtom is better.

Welcome to the forum. You will be able to find help for most any situation here. BTW be sure you back up your TT using exploer (not tt home) before you do anything else and guard that backup.
