Just got a new TomTom One and happen to search online for how to get Itinerary to work on this unit and here I am.

Make sure you have an Explorer, not Home, backup of your unit's contents. Ensure hidden files/folders are showing.

Welcome to the forum. Ditton on dhn's advice. One would be surprised how often people end up here after failing to do that step and there is little that can be done.

Thanks for the welcome guys. Yep, I have dragged over the whole files and folders from my TomTom with hidden files/folders and extension being shown. Now I am off to search for firmware 7.903, only if TomTom would make it easier to get a hold of this.
