Help 910

With my 910 it was working fine until a few days ago it just stuck at the splash screen. Once I restarted it stays at the splash screen for a couple seconds then it comes up like saying its reflashing the gps firmware and once it installs it turns it else off. I cannot get it out of this cycle no matter if I do a hard reset or not. The unit can be seen in windows when plugged in via usb but I do not have a copy or backup to restore to. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What firmwire were you updating to? what did you have before?

Thats the thing i wasnt updating firmware when this happened it was just sitting in my car and when i went to use it again this is what came up.

I had a similar problem and the TT Tech support folks had me do this. The program puts your 910 to an early version of the firmware. The "loop" you are stuck in may have been the result of a bad update.

Give this a shot it might work just fine for you...it did for me!
