Hello & HELP

Hi to everyone out there, decided to purchases a nav system for our cars to aide us when we go into the city. We have been looking at the XXL540TM, GO2405 and the VIA1535 reading everything we can find on this great forum as well as posted reviews. THe XXL540TM is what the TT web site suggested for us but after reading all the problems with it we continued to research and have both agreed that its a hard choice. Our main goal is to purchase a unit that is dependable and proven. We both love the idea of having Yoda tell us where to go but it seems that the newer units dont offer the voices option, of the three we have researched the VIA 1535 seems to be the front runner.

Suggestions & Ideas are all wanted. Which unit TOMTOM offers is the least glitchy and most dependable in your opinions? Thanks for a great forum and your help.

I don't know what you've read or heard about the 540 but it would be my choice over the other models you mentioned which require the web based MyTomTom interface and have a bunch of unresolved issues for many.
